OUR STORY

Since the 1980’s, we have built a home and cultivated relationships in the property development industry.

We have contributed unique threads to the rich tapestry of our wider community through the homes, residential towers, commercial precincts, offices and retail outlets we have developed. We continuously aspire to give more, to be more. This leads us to be more innovative in what we produce and how we produce it.

Our turnkey solutions allow us to meet the needs of our partners, investors and clients, from the inception of a project until the very end. Constantly improving the way we work, applying best practices, and keeping policies and processes updated allows us to keep delivering on the vision of our community, as well as that of our team and contractors.

GEORGE ABOUHAMAD

George’s passion for building began in the early 1980s, but his career in development and construction stretches back to the 1970s. With more than 120 completed projects in NSW, he has established himself as a senior executive with unparalleled industry expertise.

Over four decades, George has earned a reputation for precision and reliability. His leadership style is grounded in determination, honesty, and collaboration, with a firm belief that success is always a team effort.

CHRIS ABOUHAMAD

With over 15 years of executive leadership across property, development and construction, Chris excels in driving sustainable growth, optimizing operations, and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships. He is recognised for his strategic risk management, empathetic understanding of stakeholders, pragmatic decision-making, and corporate financial discipline.

He has successfully led large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple projects, managed sizable teams, and takes great pride in aligning vision with execution at every level of an organization. His expertise includes a strong, applied knowledge of industry-specific financial products, structuring, and performance metrics, which he seamlessly integrates into operational strategy.

With extensive experience in corporate governance, including engagement with both public and government institutions, Chris brings a highly analytical and results-driven approach across all business units. He has a clear understanding of the key drivers behind organizational success and a proven ability to translate strategy into impactful outcomes.
